Marloes supports the delivery of Cogplex’s project management, design and development work, from feasibility through to completion. A graduate architect with a Master’s in Architecture, Urbanism and Building Sciences from Delft University of Technology, she brings a design-led eye to project coordination, with a particular interest in heritage, adaptive reuse, and the integration of architecture, interior and environment. Marloes works across both Cogplex and Sandcastle, helping connect Sandcastle's creative work to the developments it supports.

Kieran is a seasoned authority in project management and strategic consultancy, known for his hands-on, meticulous approach. With over three decades of experience across private industry, government, and regional development, he has delivered successful outcomes in hospitality, tourism, wellness, construction, mining, design, and engineering. A trusted advisor on development and planning, Kieran helps clients navigate shifting market conditions with clarity. Additionally, Kieran leads Sandcastle Creative Agency, delivering creative projects with strategic focus.

Meg leads communications and engagement across Cogplex and Sandcastle. A journalist and editor of more than two decades, Meg knows how to find the story in everything and get it down into words that work - for websites, campaigns, reports, presentations and community engagement. When she’s not writing for others, Meg writes flash fiction for fun and makes art out of wire. Usually there are dogs involved.

We lead the design thinking and coordinate the specialists who carry the formal ratings, so sustainability is designed in from the earliest stage.

Feasibility, planning pathway, yield and outcome modelling are carried out in-house, giving you an early, defensible picture of the project before consultant fees are committed.
