Cogplex has successfully overseen the project development and approvals process for a new resort development in Dunsborough.
The proposed $30 million luxury resort is a significant project for the Margaret River region. An extension of Palmers Winery in Quindalup, its scope includes a 138-room hotel, separate villas, restaurant, conference facilities and a wellness centre.
The WA Development Assessment Panel (DAP) approved the proposal in July 2025, paving the way for the next phase of the project. It is expected to deliver significant benefits to the community in the form of employment and tourism.
